Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

Return Conditions

• Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• You must contact our customer service before sending any item back.
• Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Hygiene products (such as swimwear, underwear, and lingerie) cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Online Order Cancellations

You can cancel your online order within 1 hour of placing it. During this time, your order is still being processed and has not entered the shipping stage, making cancellation possible. After the 1-hour window, the order will be prepared for dispatch and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns sent without prior contact will be denied.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Support team before returning the item. Our team will review your case and, once confirmed, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to help us process the replacement quickly and efficiently.

3. Wait for instructions from our customer service team before shipping your item.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Average return shipping costs are approximately 15–20 € (depending on your location and courier).
